[WASHINGTON, D.C.] - U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) today spoke on the floor of the United States Senate about Congress' responsibility in matters of war, currently our involvement in Libya. Throughout his tenure in Congress, regardless of who was in the White House, Durbin has consistently argued that Congress should have a voice in determining when the United States sends its sons and daughters into armed conflict.
