Harper College President Ken Ender

[WASHINGTON, D.C.] Durbin met with Dr. Ken Ender, President of Harper College, who joined other partners in Harper College's new Advanced Manufacturing Training Program to speak today at a meeting of the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee about their innovative job training and certification program.
