Sen. Durbin Asks for Unanimous Consent to Pass his DEFIANCE Act

I’m on the Senate floor calling on Congress to pass my DEFIANCE Act. This bipartisan bill would give victims of nonconsensual, sexually-explicit deepfakes the tools they need to fight back against their perpetrators.
