Durbin Speaks on Legislation that would Penalize Americans Suffering from Asbestos Exposure

Senator Durbin spoke at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing today to speak out against legislation that would penalize Americans who are sick and dying from asbestos exposure, many of whom are veterans, and would be an unwarranted giveaway to big companies that made products with asbestos.
